What is your 'Last Drop' policy for female employees?
We follow a strict safety protocol where a female employee is never the last drop-off during night shifts (typically 8 PM – 6 AM). Our routing algorithm ensures that a male colleague is always dropped last, or the route is adjusted to prevent a woman from being alone in the cab for the final leg.
Do you provide security guards for female passengers?
Yes. In scenarios where a cab is transporting exclusively female employees (an “All-Women Cab”), we mandatorily deploy a trained security guard to accompany the vehicle for the entire duration of the trip to ensure complete safety.
What are your billing terms?
We offer standard corporate credit terms (e.g., Net-30) for registered enterprises. All invoices are GST-compliant and supported by digital trip sheets for full transparency.
